Specialties. Our practice is centered on our experience gained by representing HUD and private industry as it relates to development and management of multi-family developments. We continue to represent profit and nonprofit entities in relation to government insurance and financing of developments (a partial list of our clients will be supplied on request). Many projects in which we are involved require that we be proficient in the areas of limited liability companies, for profit and non-profit corporations, 501(c) corporations and tax exempt bond financing and other specialized areas.

Nonprofit organization and administration, Privately Placed Securities, Cooperative and Condominium housing, Apartment housing, Assisted and Independent Living housing, Hospitals and Nursing Homes, and Land and Subdivision developments. US and International formation and operation of Software Companies which David Lowrance gained expertise while serving as CEO and General Counsel of an international software company.
